As Galen’s number of campuses continued to rapidly grow (for reference, in 2015 there were 5 campuses vs. 19 campuses in 2023), there was a huge need to better standardize communication efforts - internally and externally. One aspect of this new communications plan was to create a playbook that employees could easily reference for questions and how-tos when it comes to sending communications.

This half-sized booklet consists of 32 pages and is used both digitally and as a printed and bound booklet.
